At Sole To Soul Footwear Inc., we want you to love every step you take. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
